i want to see...

okay, this sucks after not blogging for a long time, but what the heck, i made a list of the top 15 movies i WANT TO SEE (again, for some), if anyone has a copy, please be kind enough to let me borrow.. please...?

1) What's up, Tiger Lily? - woody allen's directorial debut.. think "kung pow"

2) The Evil Dead - yeah yeah.. please? i mean, after seeing "Army of Darkness" again...

3) The Evil Dead 2 - haaaah...

4) Nosferatu - gaaawwwd! i've been wanting to see this for suuuuch a long time!!

5) Rashomon - Kurosawa rocks! and very few people get why i love this movie so much (just goes to show you how jaded moviegoers are these days...). this was revolutionary, man!!!

6) The Seven Samurai - Another Kurosawa classic, (and another movie only a few people appreciate... how sad...)

7) The Yellow Submarine - haaah, ever since i lost my copy a few years back... haaaah...

8) Dancer in the Dark - bjork... ha ha ha...

9) Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure - (arguably the Rodney Dangerfield of the bunch), hey, it was fun!!!

10) A Scanner Darkly - okay, okay, this is new... i know... but you really can't go wrong with Richard Linklater movies, i mean if "waking life" and "Before Sunrise/Sunset" couldn't get to you then at least consider what he did with "School of Rock"

11) Amelie - nuff said

12) Let it Be - okay, for any true blue Beatles fan, this was almost sacrilege, but whatever...

13) Rockstar - So Marky-mark plays the lead.. so what? the movie is awesome! AWEsome! plus it has Jennifer Aniston AND an orgy scene...

14) Detroit Rock City - hilarious. period.
15) Fargo - i didn't pretty much care for it when i was younger, but damn! thinking about it now, i should've paid more attention...

ah well, that's it i hope some kind soul is reading this and decides to lend me copies (or at least point me to the direction where i can get them), but please nothing involving online purchases, this IS the Philippines after all, and I am but a lower middle class student...
